Peachies Stained Glass

Perhaps you have imagined a radiant stained glass window in your kitchen or living room, maybe it is a Tiffany lamp on your piano or hanging over the dining room table. Have you envisioned a beveled glass sidelight next to your front door or a pathway of mosaic glass stepping stones along the edge of your garden?

Have you ever wanted to discover the world of hot glass? This can include jewelry, functional dishes and vases. All of these have become very popular over the last few years and we show you how to create something beautiful without being intimidated. Fused elements can also be used to enhance your stained glass projects and much more.

These are all projects you can make yourself, or we can create for you. Creating beautiful stained glass and hot glass projects is a great way to spend some of your leisure time.

Open Studio Time
During the months of June, July and August we are offering Open Studio Time. Store hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm Sat 10am-3pm. Come in any of the hours we are open, including Saturdays, and create virtually any type of glass project within your skill range. Allow yourself 2-3 hours before closing. Just beginning to explore the world of glass? We have tons of beginner friendly projects you can do! There are handouts to help guide you through projects and we are here to answer questions you may have. Students are expected to work fairly independantly, as there will be no instructor. Open Studio Time is free if you provide your own tools. There is a $5 tool rental for use of classroom tools. Materials, chemicals, fusing fees and torch rental are additional. Please call ahead (715)392-6009 to let us know you are coming. If you would like more instruction, we have Beyond Beginning Stained Glass on Tuesdays from 11am-1:30pm and 5:30pm-8pm. Featured Product of the Week
For the spring and summer months we will be featuring a product or tool every week. There is a table near the glass rack that will display the featured tool or product. We will give free demonstrations on the Product of the Week and you are welcome to test out the product for yourself in most cases. The Product of the week will also be on sale.
